Quest Achieves Cisco Customer Experience Specialization in USA

Roseville, CA October 27, 2021 – Quest announced today that it has achieved the Cisco® Customer Experience Specialization in the USA. By achieving this specialization, Quest has demonstrated that it is qualified to support customers across the full lifecycle of solutions that impact customer business outcomes.

The Customer Experience Specialization helps partners create a repeatable customer success practice based on the Cisco customer experience lifecycle. To succeed in a subscription-based world, companies need dedicated, highly skilled customer experience advocates at every stage of the customer lifecycle. Through Cisco’s Customer Experience training and examinations, validated skills in insertion, adoption, expansion, and renewals, program participants make sure customers achieve their goals and reduce or eliminate barriers to renewing their subscriptions. This program plays an important role in helping cross-sell new offers and increase customer adoption. Whether customers need help implementing services, submitting feedback, escalating issues, or renewing their subscriptions, Cisco Customer Experience training and examinations provide expertise to facilitate solutions and drive customer satisfaction.

The Cisco Channel Partner Program provides a structure for partners to build the sales, technical, and Cisco Lifecycle Services skills required to deliver Cisco solutions to end customers. Through the program’s specializations and certifications, Cisco recognizes a partner’s expertise in deploying solutions based on Cisco advanced technologies and services. Using a third-party audit process, the program validates a partner’s technology skills, business practices, customer satisfaction, pre-sales and post-sales support capabilities, and other critical factors that customers consider when choosing a trusted partner.
