Quest Receives First Annual Cisco SMARTnet Award For Exemplary Customer Service

Sacramento, CA: August 2, 2002 — Quest, a technology consulting and management firm, announced today that it is one of four companies, nationally, to receive the new Cisco SMARTnet Award for exemplary customer service and support. Presented by Cisco Systems, Inc. of San Jose (NASDAQ: CSCO) the award recognizes one company in each of Cisco’s four sales regions. Quest was selected from among hundreds of competitors in the Western Region.

Launched in 1997 to provide technical assistance to users of Cisco’s end-to-end networking hardware and software, Cisco SMARTnet has developed into a comprehensive set of tools that puts management of Cisco maintenance and support in the hands of the end-user. In 1999, Quest partnered with Cisco to deliver Cisco SMARTnet to its customers and offer full contract management services.
