What are Quest’s Assessment Services?
Quest Assessments can be customized to fit an organizations’ particular specifications. We then generate a report comprised of invaluable information, including a clear assessment of the client’s IT environment and available solutions to address gaps. Quest can help prioritize next steps. And during the process, customers get the opportunity to test drive Quest’s services and evaluate our expertise.

The customer satisfaction survey revealed that 94.1% of the customers surveyed developed positive working relationships with Quest’s staff. Additionally, 90.9% felt valued and appreciated as a customer; 90.9% of the customers agree that Quest’s staff is quick to do what it takes to provide excellent customer service and support; and 89.2% of the customers believe that Quest brings a positive “can do” attitude to each individual job.
