The customer satisfaction survey revealed that 94.1% of the customers surveyed developed positive working relationships with Quest’s staff. Additionally, 90.9% felt valued and appreciated as a customer; 90.9% of the customers agree that Quest’s staff is quick to do what it takes to provide excellent customer service and support; and 89.2% of the customers believe that Quest brings a positive “can do” attitude to each individual job.
