Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP) Leverages e-Security Solution to Create Single Portal For Real-Time Incident Control and Response

 

VIENNA, VA – February 19, 2003 – e-Security, Inc., the leading global provider of Security Event Management (SEM) software, announced today that Quest™, one of the top technology consulting and management firms in the country, has selected e-Security to provide SEM solutions to bolster Quest’s managed security service offering.

 

Quest, based in Sacramento, will integrate e-Security’s SentinelTM and WizardTM solutions into its managed security offering. This will enable Quest’s security team to have a single workflow portal to monitor the integrity of Quest’s customers’ firewalls, anti-virus logs, security policies, intrusion detection systems, and other security systems. The use of e-Security’s solution also offers new potential revenue streams for Quest, as it allows its customers the ability to easily check the status of their security systems through a single Web site.
