Quest Recertified as Cisco Gold USA.
Sacramento, CA – March 23, 2011 —Quest
is pleased to announce that it has been re-certified as a
Cisco Gold Certified Partner in USA.
Quest has again met all requirements for achieving Cisco Gold
Certification, including personnel, support and
specialization. The Cisco Channel Certification Team
acknowledges that Quest is qualified to provide the highest
level of support and to sell and install Cisco solutions.
Quest President and CEO, Tim Burke elaborates, “As a Cisco
Gold Certified Partner and recipient of Cisco’s Borderless
Networks Partner of the Year award, we demonstrate to our
customers that we can be counted on to provide the
technology solutions they need from industry leaders such as

In recognition of this achievement, Quest will be identified
as a Cisco Gold Certified Partner in the Cisco Partner

Cisco places great emphasis on customer satisfaction. In
order to maintain Cisco Gold Certification, Quest is
required to participate in Cisco's customer satisfaction
program and meet the theater target score and the minimum
number of valid end customer responses at the CSAT
measurement periods during the Cisco fiscal year FY10 Q2
(January 23, 2010) and Q4 (July 31, 2010).
