Business Development
Quest is currently in search of Business Development Representatives with outbound sales calling experience. This position will generate new presale opportunities for the corporation. Pre-sales leads are made primarily through structured outbound calls. Calling campaigns are also conducted throughout the year. The candidates selected for this position will primarily work from their home.
This position will have a working knowledge of the products and services offered during the calls made to potential/current customers.
The Business Development Representative will interact and collaborate with other departments in the organization.
Independent work with collaborative help from top notch sales and customer service reps, IT experts, and management team to maximize your success.
Successful candidates should possess:
- 3+ years of experience in a sales environment
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Strong leadership, planning and process development skills
- Self motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
- Problem solving skills
- Prior sales training and management experience
- Ability to identify and develop sales opportunities in new and existing accounts
Requirements:
Corporation to corporation sales development experience
- Understand the sales qualification process
- Participate in sales meetings
- Ability to gather data, compile information as prepare reports as requested
- Ability to meet and/or exceed established call targets
