Technical Sales Specialist
Responsibilities: Responsible for selling, qualifying
and managing technical services sales within assigned
accounts and opportunities.
- Establish and maintain effective, friendly professional
contact with appropriate executives and customer resources
in assigned accounts
- Listen and qualify opportunities
within accounts to meet their technical requirements
- Understand and discuss with customer how Quest capabilities
can provide and meet customers requirements
- Document
Statement of Works, Services Level Agreements and Service
Costing forms
- Maintain technical skills to understand services and clients
operations
- Maintain effective
working relationships with Managed Services management and
staff at all levels to ensure the availability of services
and focus to meet customer needs
- Identify, diagnose and
communicate chronic issues with services and service
delivery
- Ensure high client satisfaction levels, building
a strong base of referenceable accounts
- Ability to manage
multiple, complex accounts.
