Has Quest had feedback from the companies they have worked for?

Quest recently conducted a survey of its clients through an independent consulting firm to find out how they perceived Quest's work. The customer satisfaction survey revealed that 94.1 percent of the customers surveyed developed positive working relationships with Quest's staff. Additionally, 90.9 percent feel valued and appreciated as a customer; 90.9 percent of the customers agreed that Quest's staff is quick to do what it takes to provide excellent customer service and support; and 89.2 percent of the customers believe that Quest brings a positive "can do" attitude to each individual job.

In 2003, VAR Business Magazine, a premiere monthly industry publication, ranked Quest number 271 out of the nation's top 500 VARs.
