Mike Dillon oversees Quest's Professional Services, offering an extensive portfolio including consulting, design, project management, security and training.
A Quest veteran of almost seven years, Dillon has managed the rapid growth of the technical arm to new levels. He attributes Quest's success in the service arena to persistence, a great team, and "striving to deliver quality service and products beyond customer expectations".
Dillon considers listening to client needs his specialty and creating systems and networks to support them his strength.
"The number one reason to change something in my department is a customer's need," Dillon said. "I am in constant communication with customers to determine what they need, if we are meeting those needs and how well we are meeting them. Our customers really do impact what we do and how we do it, which makes us unique. Everyone talks about delivering high service, but at Quest we really do come through on our promises."
