CalSAVE is a statewide project of the Monterey County Office of Education

 

 

 

 

 

 

CalSAVE

 

The CalSAVE program is available for use by all public and private schools, colleges, universities, cities, counties, and other government entities in the State of California. While participation in CalSAVE is not required of government entities, participation can provide the legally required competition for contracts for commonly purchased items, thereby avoiding the competitive bid process.

PURCHASE ORDERS:

Purchase orders should be made out to Quest. All POs must reference "Per CalSAVE contract". Please fax (866-488-3729) or mail POs directly to the CalSAVE office (PO Box 80851, Salinas, CA 93901). All POs received before 3:00PM, will be logged and forwarded to Quest on the same date received. Those received after 3:00PM will be sent to Quest on the next business day. Quest will invoice you directly. Payment should also be made directly to Quest.
