
A Well established Sacramento technology management leader is in search of a Business Development Manager with outbound sales calling experience. This position will drive the Business Development Team as they generate new presale opportunities for the corporation. Pre-sales leads are made primarily through structured outbound calls. Calling campaigns are also conducted throughout the year.
This position will develop and manage a team of 10 or more Account Development Representatives in order to ensure each rep is making their average weekly outbound calls; coaching those who are not meeting the calling goals. The Business Development Manager will ensure the Account Development Representatives have a working knowledge of the products and services offered during the calls made to potential/current customers.
The Business Development Manager will interact and collaborate with other departments in the organization. Aligning with sales and marketing will make certain that the Business Development Manager has a good understanding of technology products, applications, trends and solutions.
